NOTE: Fees stated above are the only mandatory costs that registrants must pay to attend your event. If you wish to offer additional items not included in the above fees, then the cost for such items must be optional for meeting participants.

Session Management

This allows you to save your already entered forms data to the server and continue data entry at a later time.

How it works:

Save a session
  1. Fill in the form.
  2. To save the entered data, click on Save Session.
  3. All your data entered so far - your 'Session' data - will be saved to the server.
  4. In return, you will receive a personal Session Code. Please be aware you must remember it or write it down to retrieve your entered data at a later time.
Restore a session
  1. Go to the Form again. It will be displayed with default values.
  2. Go to the end of the page and enter your Session code.
  3. Click Restore Session to retrieve your forms data from the server.
  4. The data you entered in that specific Session earlier is retrieved from the server and made available to your browser.
  5. You will be directed to the first page of the form with your data from the earlier session already filled out.
  6. As you continue entering further pages you will find them already filled out with the data you filled out already in that earlier session.
Notes
  • Please keep in mind that for security reasons, session data will be kept for two weeks only.
  • While available, session data can be retrieved over and over again, also by other people using your Session code.
  • By sharing the Session code you are able to have others continue filling out or reviewing the form. Please avoid submitting a single session to the IFAC Secretariat on the last page of the form by multiple people.
